Brad

Brad Hyde is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with an impressive background in professional baseball. Graduating from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Pre-Athletic Training in 2009, Brad embarked on his career journey by joining the San Francisco Giants as the AZL/Rehab Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2010. He later transitioned to the Cincinnati Reds in 2012, where he served as the Low-A Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Dayton Dragons before being promoted to Major League Assistant and Rehab Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2013.

Throughout his career, Brad has made significant contributions to various baseball organizations, including assisting the MLB Team and Rehab Players of the Cincinnati Reds in reaching the playoffs. His expertise extends internationally, as he played a key role in developing the Italian National Baseball Strength and Conditioning Program with MLB International.

In subsequent years, Brad continued to excel in his field, serving as the Major League Assistant and Rehab Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Yankees and later joining the AAA Yankees in Scranton. His dedication and talent were instrumental in helping numerous players achieve their MLB dreams and securing the 2016 AAA National Championship.

In 2021, Brad joined the Miami Marlins as their AAA Strength and Conditioning Coach, where he was subsequently promoted to the MiLB Strength and Conditioning Coordinator position. Throughout his career, Brad has demonstrated unwavering commitment to excellence, consistently delivering top-tier strength and conditioning programs. A devoted family man and proud Aussie-Dad, Brad resides in Southeast Florida, embodying his values of faith, dedication, and passion for the game.
