Messiah, our dedicated performance coach, brings a wealth of experience to the team. With a Bachelor of Art in Interdepartmental Studies and a focus on Health Coaching from the University of Iowa, he’s been honing his expertise since 2010.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA and an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, Messiah is deeply committed to enhancing athletic prowess and overall well-being.

His journey began with personal athletic success, leading to coaching accolades, state championship titles, and a passion for strength and conditioning. From financial advising to youth counseling, his diverse background has allowed him to work with athletes at all levels, from youth to professional. Internships at Got Strength Gym and Bommarito Performance Systems further shaped his coaching prowess, solidifying his mission to empower athletes’ confidence, self-esteem, and mental fortitude.

Beyond coaching, Messiah enjoys basketball, weightlifting, reading, drawing, and cooking. Currently residing in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, he continues to inspire with his holistic approach to performance enhancement.
